Croft House
Croft House Supported Housing Service is tailored for each individual using the service with the ultimate goal to help you manage your accommodation and assist you with reintegration back into independent living and the wider community.
We’re here to help
We are contracted to support 17 clients for up to 2 years offered with a Tenancy License agreement.
The support we provide includes developing daily living skills, support to regain independent living, benefits, and budgeting, integration in the community, interpersonal skills, and back into employment where possible and secure long-term accommodations.
We work closely with I-access, local GP and CMHT to support individual general health and wellbeing.
Referrals must not present an excessive risk which cannot be reasonably managed with the level of support we provide.
Individuals must be able to manage their own medication. Individuals must be willing to share communal facilities and attend house meetings and must demonstrate adequate insight to work closely with professional providers to reduce related risks.
