We’re here to help
Our 24-hour supported housing service consists of 3 rooms with an en-suite, 2 self-contained flats, with communal areas and a garden for people living with mental ill health.
Our highly skilled recovery workers support individuals using the Recovery Model. Individuals are assigned a named worker who will support tenants by empowering and enabling them to access the community.
We help individuals maintain a tenancy, work towards achieving their goals and aspirations and support them access specialist services if necessary.
Who is this service for
- People aged 18 or over
- People with a mental health diagnosis
- People with an assessment from Liverpool Authority stating they need supported housing
Get support
Our service is available to individuals who have been assessed by a social worker as being in need of high-level support.
A social worker will need to submit a service specification through Liverpool City Council. The individual will then be given a choice of properties and service providers.
