We’re here to help
We support people across Hammersmith and Fulham with their mental health and wellbeing to improve their quality of life and connect people to their communities.
We offer a range of different support to help you on your recovery journey, both in-person and online. Once you have enrolled, we will discuss the best way we can support you.
Our services are available to anyone aged 18-65 in primary care and secondary mental health care, regardless of their mental health condition, who are registered with a Hammersmith and Fulham GP or anyone registered with mental health services in the borough.
After developing a support plan together, we provide one-to-one sessions. We also provide mental health support through our workshops, peer led groups and, to help reduce feelings of isolation, a befriender service and trips to various places of interest. All our services are free.
