Lewisham Primary Care Recovery Service (PCRS)
Providing confidential recovery-oriented model for substance use for people aged 18 or over offering support, advice and treatment options for people, their family members and friends who live in Lewisham.
Our Service
We work with specialist GP hubs in the borough to help people who have concerns about drug or alcohol use, developing a thorough understanding of an individual’s health needs, sharing expertise and creating personal care plans.
We’re here to help
We offer one-to-one support sessions, psychosocial interventions, group work interventions, community detoxes, needle exchange, a counselling service, healthcare assessments and onward referrals.
We also provide a 12-week relapse prevention aftercare service for people who have reached their treatment goal and require additional support to maintain abstinence. After 12 weeks we can refer you to education, training and employment providers, mutual aid, and counselling.
